EXERCISE STUDIO

It's common knowledge that group exercises increase motivation and enthusiasm. In a group the process of physical activity turns into a very diversified and pleasant one. Various physical courses are very good for losing weight, figure modelling and improving coordination. They also stiffen the spirit of those who take these exercises.

Pilates

Pilates is a system of slow exercises taken under quiet music without any abrupt movements. This system is the best one for making a human body more elastic and flexible. It strengthens muscles and makes them stronger. The dynamic complex of exercises makes one's spinal column healthier, improves coordination and makes a body look more graceful and attractive.


Pilates is one of the safest varieties of fitness because muscles aren't strained and injured during performing plastic movements. It's possible to exercise each muscle of a human body during a single session. Each lesson lasts for 45 minutes.

Step

Steps is a complex of fast workout exercises performed on a special platform called "step". This variety of fitness develops a human body harmoniously. It gives a right shape to foot muscles, makes hips slimmer, reduces waist measurements, burns up excess calories and fat. Steps is good to make one much more flexible, graceful, slender and tolerant. 

At the same time step exercises improve vital signs of a human body as far as they strengthen respiratory, cardiovascular and nervous systems. These exercises are also good for regulating blood pressure. There are several varieties of steps represented at CLUB-71 athletic studio:

- CARDIO STEP - performed at a higher tempo to prompt music.
- DANCING STEP – performed together with some rhythmical dancing elements: Latin dance, hip-hop, pop.

POWER STEP – exercises performed by means of dumbbells to increase training load for arms and spinal muscles. It is possible to use other accessories like leg weights, straps and balls.

 

 

Shaping bodywork

Dance aerobics is an intensive group exercise routine performed to rhythmic dance music. This mixture of movements borrowed from classical aerobics and popular dancing trends comprises exercises for all muscles. It can cheer you up, strengthen your muscular system, force your excess kilograms to disappear and turn your body into something more flexible.

Boxfit

Box exrising is one of the most popular varieties of fitness based upon box holds. Box accessories and properties are used during intensive exercises. Boxing reduces weight, strengthens entire body, making it more tolerant, improves coordination, strengthens muscles, and corrects figure and tones up.

By means of vigorous exercises it's possible to cure the following diseases: neurosis, depression, metabolic disorder, corpulence, spinal curvature, etc. Combination of dynamic exercises and static asana scan assist one in his relaxation and improve his ability to concentrate.

 

G-Flex
