Steps is a complex of fast workout exercises performed on a special platform called "step". This variety of fitness develops a human body harmoniously. It gives a right shape to foot muscles, makes hips slimmer, reduces waist measurements, burns up excess calories and fat. Steps is good to make one much more flexible, graceful, slender and tolerant.
At the same time step exercises improve vital signs of a human body as far as they strengthen respiratory, cardiovascular and nervous systems. These exercises are also good for regulating blood pressure. There are several varieties of steps represented at CLUB-71 athletic studio:
- CARDIO STEP - performed at a higher tempo to prompt music.
- DANCING STEP – performed together with some rhythmical dancing elements: Latin dance, hip-hop, pop.
- POWER STEP – exercises performed by means of dumbbells to increase training load for arms and spinal muscles. It is possible to use other accessories like leg weights, straps and balls.
