The climbing zone of CLUB 71 is provided with technical equipment comprising the highest safety standards, auto locks and a reliable safety system. The wall comprises various routes of different complexity for beginners and professionals. Instructors of the club will choose a special complex of exercises to make it easy for beginners to climb up the wall. They will also instruct and consult club members with regard to any issue.

Wall climbing is a perfect opportunity to have a nice day with your friends. Your fingers, arms and spinal column become stronger at the initial stage of training. The exercises are good to tone up. In the course of time one becomes not only stronger but also more tolerant. Climbing wall exercises improve coordination, the ability to control oneself, overcome obstacles and make decisions. These exercises harmoniously develop entire muscular system because every muscle of a human body is actively involved in the process of climbing and above all wall climbing is an inexhaustible source of energy.
